The flower filled long grass hills of Long Valley village are probably the most beautiful starting point for a Great Wall summer hike. Making this an amazing hike from start to finish.

Don’t forget to bring, flash light, water, sun screen and a hat, some snack like energy bars, nuts,... At the meeting point we will provide you with lunch packets, tents and sleeping bags so a medium size backpack (40l) is needed.

During Ming Dynasty, four km south of the Great wall they restored an old city, because that local area is like a long sweeping Valley, they give this City the name Long Valley City.
