This beautiful mountain hike will bring us to the 1000 years old Lingshui village. From Pingguoyuan Subway station our driver will bring us to Jieshi Village. from there we ll start hiking for about 4 km. Close to an old cave temple we ll have have small lunch to strengthen us for a beautiful hike on hill ranges surrounded with steep mountain slopes. Before we enjoy an excellent dinner at in one of the old houses of the village you ll have plenty of time to absorb the history, the temples wall paintings,old propaganda or tai chi posters. A relaxing overnight stay in this quiet village will is for sure the best way to get away form Beijing's hustle and bustle.

At the Han dynasty, Lingshui village had developed into a good-sized scale and reached its period of great prosperity at Qing Dynasty and early stage of the Republic of China.
